Tech showed up at my house ahead of the scheduled appointment time. He diagnosed the problem with my HRV unit immediately and had it running smoothly again in no time. He also replaced my dryer vent on the outside of my house and cleaned the ductwork going to the dryer.
He then checked all my indoor vents for my HRV unit to ensure things were running as they are suppose to and made sure the wall remote unit was operating properly and gave me some tips on how to operate it for optimum performance.

DeepClean NL Ltd. came to clean my HVAC unit, my Mini-Split and my ductwork. The job he did was amazing. He not only professionally cleaned the units and ducts, he took the duct covers and the filters out to his vehicle to clean. Before he started cleaning the ducts, he inspected them with a camera to be sure they needed cleaning and boy did they ever need to be cleaned. He then inserted a vacuum hose with a spinning brush at the end in each duct – the brush cleaned the sides of the duct allowing the dirt to be vacuumed out. He made sure everything was spotless around the areas he cleaned before leaving. He ensured that I understood how the HVAC controls worked and when it and my Mini Split should be used and when they should be turned off. He also spoke about the need to clean the filters regularly. DeepClean NL Ltd. performed an efficient and thorough cleaning on my HRV. The dirt that was flushed out was shocking! No mess for me though as it was all contained in an apparatus that they supplied. He even left his boots on the mat and wore different footwear which meant no floors for me to wash. When the unit was cleaned, they cleaned my intake vents and spent time explaining how the HRV works. After all these years I have a better understanding of using it effectively.
